:We recommend customers order samples before purchasing goods as colours, textures and finishes can look different on screen compared to on the actual product. The following guidelines and delivery times may vary depending on stock levels and bespoke requirements

 

Sample orders are processed within 48 hours and sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Delivery is within 2 to 3 days upon placing an order however if the sample is not in stock it will take between 2 to 3 weeks to delivery. Most samples are usually in stock and we don’t charge for delivery.

Roll orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks (7 to 21 days) via tracked & signed courier service. Julia Clare Interiors will not take responsibility for any delays in delivery which are not our direct responsibility.

Orders for bespoke products, made to measure products on vinyls and other substrates as well as products with commercial coating are processed and delivered via tracked and signed courier service within 3 to 5 weeks.

All UK orders are shipped via a courier service and can be tracked on their website using the tracking number provided by the courier. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive automated tracking information to your email address with the reference number and where to track.

Please get in touch for oversee or worldwide orders which can be arranged. Non UK customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes.

Fabrics

Ordering fabrics is not yet an automated part of this website, but is coming soon. In the meantime, for ordering fabrics, we suggest customers get in touch at juliaclareinteriors@gmail.com stating their preferred design(s), colourways if applicable and quantities. If you have a particular fabric or use in mind please also state this and samples can be ordered. This will be quoted for per project.  We can offer advise re fabric choice and scale of design. Furniture, Decor & Art

All furniture and decor will be dispatched and delivered UK wide within 7 to 14 days. Orders are processed and dispatched via tracked & signed courier service and delivery cost is specific to individual items based on volume.

Paints

All paint orders will usually be delivered to UK Mainland between 2 to 3 days of ordering by Parcel Force however as this can sometimes take up to in 7 days depending on day of order due to service operating days.

Multi-product orders & part shipments

All multi-product orders will be part shipped as per the above lead times. A customer service representative will be sure to advise you on expected delivery time related to each part shipment for each order.

Free delivery for sample orders

Free delivery applies exclusively to sample orders, unless we have a promotional offer for other orders delivery charge. 

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of goods we cannot accept order cancellations. Returns can only be made on received goods and on full orders, not part of an order. You can return your unopened and undamaged FULL order within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original wrapping and packaging. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will only be issued on safely-returned non-damaged items. We will not accept responsibility on goods which are returned in a damaged condition. 

Please note that all bespoke and contract products are non-returnable. Your statutory rights to refund or exchange still apply if the goods are faulty or not as described. 

We cannot accept returns of opened goods.

We are not under obligation to accept return of surplus products (i.e. wallpaper) that have been ordered in error. 

We do not accept returns on samples.

 How to return by post

 

Send us an email to juliaclareinterior@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt with the following information: 

  1. Your name, address, date of purchase, order number and items purchased (product name and quantities). 

  2. Please also indicate if you would rather exchange the goods or receive a refund, and the reason for the exchange or refund.

Send us the product within 14 days of receiving your goods by recorded or signed for delivery and retain proof of postage.

 

To process any return or exchange we need to receive the product back in an unused, unopened, and resalable condition in the original packaging. We will advise on the returns address via email.

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged order please inform us immediately, up to 2 days after receiving the goods, and  with photographic evidence of the damage. Please email juliaclareinteriors@gmail.com  quoting your order number and item details (product name and quantity as well as date of purchase). 

Once the damage is verified we will arrange a refund or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
